Dr. Moisés Torres is a seasoned academic and leader in the field of information and communication technologies. Currently, Dr. Torres serves as the Director General of the National Research and Education Networks in Mexico (RNEI). In this role, he leads efforts to enhance connectivity and collaboration among academic and research institutions across the country.
